A visit to St. Lucia is not complete until you visit the Friday street party locally called ‘The Jump up’ in Gros Islet. This is a loud event where everyone drinks and dances until the early morning. This is a five minute drive from Akasha. Other events which are worth visiting are Anse-La-Raye Seafood Friday and Dennery’s Fish Saturday.

Rituals, in Rodney Bay where you can sit and people watch. Rituals also offer wine and cheese! For those who need it most of the coffee shops have free wireless internet.
